Pursuant to Clause 5B of the Constitution, notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (the Meeting) of the Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri (South London) Jamaat will be held on Saturday 16th November 2019 at 8:30pm (see programme details below) at Hyderi Islamic Centre for the purpose of transacting the following business:
1. Recitation from the Holy Quran
2. Presentation and approval of Hyderi Accounts 2018 – proposed by Br. Salim Master (Hon. Treasurer)
