Membership Criteria is set out in the Hyderi Constitution Clause 5.1
Membership is open to any individual man or woman who is a Khoja Shia Ithna- Asheri who has attained the age of 18 years and who is interested in promoting the Objects. Membership shall also be open to the non-Khoja spouse of a member of the Khoja community provided the spouse professes the Shia Ithna-Asheri faith and is interested in promoting the Objects, and the children of such a marriage on attaining the age of 18 years shall also be eligible for membership
